TASTING NOTE

Red plum color. Intense aromas and very clear. Very complex nose, in which the two varieties intermingle, with notes of roasted coffee and red fruits. On the palate, it is structured. The tannins fill the mouth with warmness. It’s definitely a long wine. Perfect for stews, intensely flavored dishes and cheeses.
